<p>Major driver behind these entire diet plans is to burn more calories than its intake. </p>
<p>Make no mistake about it; these diets are effective when it comes to weight loss. These will give you results.  Prerequisite with such diets is that you have to follow certain guidelines and rules to achieve success. For example when you follow, Low Calorie Diet, you have to eat foods based on low calories. You have to adapt your body to such change. Let us say your current intake of calorie is 2500 calories a day. </p>
<p>Once you adopt this diet, your calorie intake could drop down to 1500 calories a day. </p>
<p>Initially, you would feel that you are down on energy and might feel not so vibrant. However, once you are used to it, you get results. </p>

<p>Based on this concept, a program name Fat loss 4 idiots has come to the forefront.  It claims that you can lose 9 pounds in 11 days repeatedly. I have to confess that I tried this system and I lost 7 pounds in 11 days. </p>
<p>The only limitation, which I found with the program, was the choices of food. Working with same foods in long run could prove to be tough </p>
