Quick Weight Loss



A whole host of myths surround the idea of quick weight loss. Most of the self-proclaimed gurus out there will tell you that losing weight fast is impossible; that quick weight loss programs are designed to take your money and give nothing back; that your hopes and dreams will be dashed upon the rocks if you’re too ambitious and you try to lose weight too quickly.
